Today is Monday and we are supposed to play ball later, however with the cloudy weather I’m on the fence about showing up. We have a going away gathering for two friends later, who are going to be moving back home to give birth, so tonight is going to be a bittersweet gathering. They will be leaving for five months and then are supposed to be coming back here after they have their kids. I am hoping that they honestly will come back because they are fantastic friends of mine. We are heating specialists and met more than 4 years ago at the local business where we ran tests on HVAC systems together. I suppose they will come back, however I’m not sure if they will be with the fathers of their kids because they are staying here and they don’t seem to be on good terms. It is a large change for them and their heating and cooling work are going to be done for a while it looks like. I’m sure they will come back to the business one day, however it could be years down the road till we see them walk through the doors of the HVAC supplier where they worked. I will miss my friends so much, however having to give birth is a huge thing and so much is going to change in their lives. They normally live in air conditioned RVs, however are going to give that up to live with their folks while they have their babies.
