It’s so odd how I tend to just instantly tune out when a store or service wants to tell me about their latest offer; however, in my monkey brain, all I’m hearing is upsell so I tend to just tune out and say no thanks.
I did just that last Springtime when I called to make the cooling system tune up with the heating and A/C supplier, and the lady I chatted with at the heating and A/C supplier wanted to tell me about the heating and A/C service plan they were offering, and just care about I always do, I said no thanks and hurried to hang up the PC, then but when I heard the words, “it could save you cash,” I listened a little bit more to the lady from the heating and A/C supplier, then had she not been politely persistent, I would have missed out on a fantastic deal when it comes to protecting my heating and cooling equipment… When my friend and I actually bought this house, my friend and I got the latest in residential heating and A/C along with all the heating and A/C technology that was available.
I’ve always believed in protecting my investments! So I’ve been diligent about getting heating service in the fall followed by cooling system tune ups in the Springtime. By simply joining the heating and A/C service plan, I’m getting added benefits because I don’t have to remember to schedule the heating and A/C service; but on top of that, if I should ever have a breakdown during the heating and A/C service plan, I only spend money for the parts for any heating and A/C repair. That’s where the saving cash section truly does come into play. But I also truly care about the convenience of not having to worry about making the heating and A/C appointments any longer. I told the lady at the heating and A/C supplier that I truly loved her following up with me about the heating and A/C service plan.
