The HVAC professionals had something to teach us at the event

I correctly attend events hosted by our local Chamber of Commerce.

  • There are lots of benefits to being a chamber member: there are net not working events, continuing education courses, marketing opportunities, plus philanthropic causes to support as well.

Plus, I’ve drummed up a lot of current business as a result of rubbing elbows with other business owners. Plus, I appreciate the events as they are. I appreciate our city, plus the companies that serve it, but I expected the last chamber event to be a bit of a drag. They had assembled a panel of heating plus A/C professionals to discuss the state of the trade in our city; while I knew that going to chamber events to appreciate this constantly behooves myself and others (and our business), I couldn’t help but expect to be bored out of our mind. I mean, how long can a few people stand around talking about ductwork? Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The panel was made up of a diverse group of heating plus A/C tradespeople, plus they started by asking all of the panelists what their number one area of the job was. They almost all said that being a heating plus A/C corporation is a combination of acts of maintenance plus niche mechanical skills. “You might recognize that mapping out a duct system in the attic of a 150-year-old home doesn’t sound like a wonderful time, however for me, it’s better than an evening at the bar!” a single professional joked. They also discussed the future of the trade in our city; a single servicewoman emphasized the importance of heating plus A/C education programs! She attended a single at the local community school, however said that she could have gotten a head start if there had been a heating plus cooling class at her private school. I was surprised by how much I l acquired at the panel, plus heating plus A/C professionals absolutely held our attention!
