I learned about HVAC at a Chamber of Commerce event

I correctly attend events hosted by my local Chamber of Commerce, but there are lots of benefits to being a chamber member: there are nettoiling events, continuing education courses, advertising opportunities, plus philanthropic causes to support, and plus, I’ve drummed up a lot of new suppliers as a result of rubbing elbows with other supplier owners.

Plus, I prefer the events…

I love my city, plus the corporations that serve it, so I expected the last chamber event to be a bit of a drag. They had assembled a panel of heating, ventilation, plus A/C companies to discuss the state of the trade in our city. While I knew that going to chamber events such as this constantly behooves myself and others (and my business), I couldn’t help but expect to be bored out of my mind. I mean, how long can a few people rest around talking about HVAC ducts? Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The panel was made up of a diverse group of heating, ventilation, plus A/C tradespeople, plus they started by asking all of the panelists what their number one area of the job was. They almost all said that being a new heating, ventilation, plus A/C company is a combination of acts of repair plus niche mechanical skills. “You might guess that mapping out a duct plan in the attic of a 150-year-old home doesn’t sound akin to a relaxing time, however for me, it’s better than a night at the bar!” this one company joked. They also discussed the future of trade in our city; one particular service woman emphasized the importance of heating, ventilation, and A/C education programs! She attended 1 at the local community school, however said that she could have gotten a head start if there had been a heating plus cooling class at her school. I was surprised by how much I l gained at the panel, plus heating, ventilation, plus A/C companies absolutely held my attention!
